To use the drawing- rein combined with the corb bit - could that be in accordance with trainiing rules from the FEI?

There is a highest level rider in Sweden that uses this method, and people just say that it is not forbidden by the FEI? Yes, by so is using an axe or a saw or a hammer and nail..... But to me this practise is the anathema of Dressage - what do others here think? Maybe C Carde could add this and maybe other practises to be expressly forbidden as it seems that that is the only way... a simple welfare of the horse statement is evidently too vague.
